About the Role
As a PRN Response Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for making outreach calls, emails, and texts to patients requiring mental health support. You will utilize empathy and active listening skills to engage with at-risk individuals, assess their needs using the Columbia Suicide screening tool, and maintain documentation of all communications. Additionally, you will assist in developing digital health content, coordinate with staff and emergency services, and track data to improve response services.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in a clinical field (Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, etc.)
- Independent state licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)—associate licensure not accepted
- 2+ years of related clinical experience
- Professional and organized in both written and verbal communication

- Ability to build rapport easily and provide virtual support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
- Passion for using technology and innovation to improve access to behavioral health services
