FlexCare Infusion Centers is seeking a PRN RN Float to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves providing exceptional IV therapy to patients with various disorders in a clinical environment.
About the Role
As a PRN RN Float, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, including evaluating and documenting clinical assessments, preparing sterile admixtures, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and participate in quality assurance activities.
About You
Required:
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum 3+ years of infusion therapy experience, including specialty medications.
- Unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
- BLS/CPR certification upon hire.
Preferred:
- 5+ years of infusion therapy experience.
- ONS Fundamentals of Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Certification (required within 90 days for full-time hires).
