As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will be responsible for assessing residents, developing treatment plans, and providing exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with caregivers, attend staff conferences, and ensure the highest quality of care in a compassionate environment. The position requires maintaining efficiency standards and contributing to clinical programming.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state.
- Minimum of two years experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility.
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative therapy practices.
- Knowledge of Speech Language Pathologist procedures.
- Ability to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
- GFY/CCC certification from the American Speech Language Hearing Association.
- Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen.
