About the Role
As a PRN Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for administering high-frequency sound waves to obtain diagnostic exams, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards. You will also demonstrate proficiency in EMR, PACS, and DICOM systems, maintain patient confidentiality, and train new staff as needed. Flexibility in availability is required as this is a per-diem position.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum certification through ARRT (S) or ARDMS is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in Ultrasound.
- CPR Certification, BLS from AHA or ARC, and ACLS certification where applicable.
- Strong customer service, organizational, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills.
Preferred:
- Associates Degree.
