Jobot is seeking a Process / Mechanical Engineer - Department Head to join their team remotely. The role involves leading MEP and process design projects in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors.

As a Process / Mechanical Engineer - Department Head, you will bridge the gap between the Pharmaceutical Process Engineering Group and the Mechanical Engineering Healthcare Group. Your responsibilities will include representing the firm in client meetings, supervising projects from concept through completion, serving as the technical lead, delegating work, mentoring staff, and providing design review and QA/QC. You will manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and client communications, ensuring a coordinated and complete design across various engineering disciplines.
