- High School diploma or college degree preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient in computer skills (SAP, TML, Office).
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of cGMP and corporate quality SOPs.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles.
