About the Role
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies and waste in manufacturing processes, monitoring equipment performance, and analyzing process metrics. You will create and maintain various engineering diagrams and documents, collaborate with teams to implement process improvements, and support capital projects. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting equipment failures and ensuring operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing engineering or related field.
- Five (5) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
- Experience in engineering design, process engineering, and project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and MS Projects.
- Knowledge of lean tools, statistical tools, root cause analysis, and failure mode & effect analysis.
Preferred:
- Experience with AutoCAD and MiniTab.
- Working knowledge of financial spreadsheets and budgets.
