- 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in yield improvement, SPC, Lean/TPM, and equipment reliability.
- Experience with wafer transitions (100mm/125mm → 150mm/200mm).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
