Warren Equipment Company is seeking a Process Implementation Specialist to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves assisting, managing, and leading the development and implementation of special projects and continuous improvement efforts to enhance business processes.
About the Role
As a Process Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with operations to gather feedback, developing project plans, identifying and resolving problems, and providing training and support during implementation. You will also document benefits, define KPIs, and prepare reports for senior management.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, decision making, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented and results-driven with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Preferred:
5 years or more CAT dealer experience.
Ability to effectively speak in front of large groups and lead large group meetings.
Valid Driver's license and a good driving record.
