About the Role
As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for process and equipment improvements, developing bi-lingual manufacturing records, and addressing quality system failures through root cause analysis. You will lead the development of manufacturing records, assist with equipment qualification, and train employees on manufacturing processes. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with industry standards and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or cosmetics.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and relevant manufacturing processes.
- Experience with quality management software and systems (e.g., CAPA, FMEA, Statistical Process Controls).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish).
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
