GOJO, Makers of PURELL is seeking a Process Tech I-2nd Shift to join their team in Wooster, OH. The role involves operating injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment while troubleshooting basic processing issues.
About the Role
As a Process Tech I-2nd Shift, you will be responsible for executing injection molding set-ups, operating hot runner systems, setting safety parameters, and maintaining cleanliness of molds and machinery. You will support the production team to ensure the highest quality parts and participate in Lean Manufacturing practices.
About You
Required:
- High School graduate or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic knowledge of injection molding processes.
Preferred:
- Injection Molding Training (RJG Level I preferred).
- Control Systems (PLC) experience.
- Plastics and molding experience.
- Knowledge of SPC and QC Data collection.
- Environment, Health & Safety experience.
- ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System knowledge.
