Summary
The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a Process Technician - 3rd Shift to join their team in Franklin, WI. The role involves setting up and maintaining automated molding equipment and providing technical support to commercial press molding.
About the Role
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling material handling equipment, maintaining inventory levels, preparing hazardous waste for disposal, and diagnosing/troubleshooting processing issues on various presses. You will also execute established molding DOEs and support lean manufacturing methodologies.
About You
Required:
- Successful completion of four-years of high school, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in a related field or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience performing mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics or pneumatic systems repair.
- Basic understanding of Preventative Maintenance Programs and 5S principles.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing and clean room environments.
