About the Role
As a Process Technician, you will be responsible for adhering to safety policies, standard operating procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Your daily tasks will include documenting process steps, maintaining qualification for process equipment, identifying operational improvements, and contributing to departmental objectives such as safety performance and productivity. You must be willing to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule and perform non-routine work with a focus on safety and integrity.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to gown and work in controlled classified areas (Grade C and Grade D).
Preferred:
- Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal).
- Flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Basic digital literacy (desktop software).
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).
- Previous experience working in operations/pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
- BioWork Certification.
