About the Role
As a Process Technician, you will work with moderate oversight to troubleshoot machine operations, collect and analyze data for process improvements, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues. You will also train operators on new processes, maintain accurate records of process changes, and ensure compliance with safety protocols in a night shift schedule.
About You
Required:
- High School education or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred:
- Trade school or associates degree.
- Previous process technician experience.
- Working knowledge of cable manufacturing processes and materials.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design concepts and manufacturing techniques.
