Klaviyo is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Lead Systems Architect to join their Finance Technology Solutions (FinTech) team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves owning the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day excellence of the procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) technology stack.
About the Role
As a Procure-to-Pay Lead Systems Architect, you will partner closely with various departments to design, build, and scale reliable processes that support Klaviyo's growth. You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across tools like Zip, Coupa, Navan, and NetSuite, serving as the go-to expert for procurement systems. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the multi-quarter roadmap for procurement systems, leveraging AI and automation to streamline workflows, and driving projects from requirements to post-go-live stabilization.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring procurement or finance systems (e.g., Zip, Coupa, Navan, NetSuite, or similar P2P/ERP platforms).
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects from concept through deployment in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including vendor onboarding, PO management, invoice processing, and payments.
Preferred:
- Experience with multi-entity / multi-currency environments and global expansion of procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience integrating procurement tools with NetSuite or another cloud ERP.
- Confident working in Jira-based agile SDLC.
