About You
- Valid California driver's license and a driving record in accordance with local policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training.
- Minimum three years of experience with procurement, purchasing, and contracts.
- Experience administering and monitoring contracts and purchase agreements with external vendors.
- Strong proficiency in standard spreadsheet (Excel) and word processing software (Word).
- Strong skills in the use of ERP/financial systems (Infor Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP).
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Analytical skills to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of complex purchasing.
- Ability to read and interpret terms and conditions of contracts.
- Skills to develop innovative solutions and respond flexibly to problem-solving requests.
