About You
- Completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Degrees in Supply Chain, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
- Professional procurement/sourcing/contract management experience may substitute for the degree.
- Knowledge of public or private procurement or contract management programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, negotiation, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft or other enterprise procurement systems.
