About the Role
About You
- 3-5+ years of procurement experience in the construction industry.
- Deep understanding of procurement processes for construction delivery models, especially CM/GC or CM-at-Risk.
- Ability to develop RFQs/RFPs, evaluate proposals, and manage competitive selection processes.
- Experience drafting, negotiating, and administering construction contracts and task orders.
- P3 experience is a huge plus.
- Experience with e-procurement and document management platforms.
- Department of Transportation (DOT) procurement experience is beneficial.
- Strong relationship-building skills with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
