About the Role

As a Procurement Operations Manager, you will oversee multimillion-dollar sourcing strategies, provide leadership to Procurement Specialists and Supply Chain Planners, and collaborate with various stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier sourcing, monitoring supplier performance, ensuring compliance with auditing standards, and leading project teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
6+ years’ experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
Knowledge of procurement and financial compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley, UCC laws, and import/export regulations.
U.S. person status as defined by ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

Preferred:

Procurement experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong contract writing and negotiation skills.
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
Comfortable with frequent shop-floor presence to understand operations.
Strong customer service orientation.
High integrity, ethics, and accountability.
