About the Role
As a Strategic Sourcing Professional, you will assist clients with strategic sourcing by engaging budget holders to develop procurement strategies that maximize ROI, ensure service levels, maintain compliance, and follow best practices. You will independently manage large-scale procurement projects requiring critical thinking, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include driving supplier performance, managing demand, generating savings, increasing category compliance, building transparent relationships with business colleagues, analyzing data for decision-making, supporting stakeholder meetings, and networking with sourcing professionals for career development.
About You
Required:
- Strong decision-making skills and demonstrated negotiation expertise
- Supplier relationship management expertise and client-facing skills
- Proactive character and team player attitude
- High levels of personal drive, initiative, and commitment to business goals
- Minimum 3 years of Category Management experience or 5 years of Strategic Sourcing experience
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred:
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools
- Experience with e-sourcing tools
