About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, resolving past due orders, and expediting deliveries. You will utilize ERP systems to manage procurement fundamentals, lead materials supply and inventory levels, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and effective communication. Additionally, you will support the management and reduction of raw material levels and contribute to material, cost, and productivity efforts.
About You
Required:
- Experience using ERP systems (Baan, SAP or similar).
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Critical thinking ability with problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Associates degree or above in supply chain/procurement or related field.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
