About the Role
As a Procurement Specialist I/II, you will be responsible for developing solicitations for IT and non-IT goods and services, issuing purchase orders, negotiating with vendors, and providing customer service to governmental entities. You will also monitor contract compliance, manage contracts, and assist in analyzing market conditions.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1-3 years of procurement-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certification as State of Oklahoma Certified Procurement Officer Level 1 or must attain certification within 90 days.
Preferred:
Experience in state government operations, procurement, or supply chain.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PeopleSoft Financials.
