Harbor Health is seeking a Product & Digital Marketing Director to join their team in Austin, Texas. The role involves leading digital marketing strategies and product marketing initiatives to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention.
About the Role
As the Product & Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, leading product marketing initiatives, creating go-to-market strategies, and establishing KPIs to track marketing effectiveness. You will oversee digital channels, manage advertising campaigns, conduct market research, and coordinate corporate events while building and leading a high-performing marketing team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (paid advertising, SEO/SEM, email, social media).
- Healthcare marketing experience with deep understanding of consumer behavior and regulatory considerations.
- Insurance industry background with knowledge of health plan marketing and member acquisition strategies.
- Event coordination and management experience.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics platforms and CRM systems.
Preferred:
- Healthcare startup, health tech, or innovative healthcare delivery model experience.
- Knowledge of value-based care or healthcare payment models.
- B2C and B2B marketing experience.
- Brand development and positioning for emerging companies.
