About You
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Associate’s Degree with 10+ years, or High School Diploma with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership across systems engineering, software development, and clinical/regulatory execution.
- Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- 15–20+ years of experience in medical devices, surgical robotics, or complex regulated systems.
- Experience leading teams of 10+ engineers or cross-functional technical groups.
- Strong familiarity with FDA, EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 60601, and IEC 62304.
