About the Role
As a Product and Customer Marketing Manager, you will bridge the gap between product development and market understanding. Your responsibilities include developing positioning and messaging, leading go-to-market strategies, translating product capabilities into customer-facing materials, and driving customer adoption and advocacy programs. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in marketing efforts.
About You
Required:
4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on work in product marketing, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
Proven track record developing and executing go-to-market and customer engagement strategies.
Preferred:
Experience in HR Tech or Employee Experience SaaS.
Background in advocacy, community building, or referral programs.
