Summary
Atlas Search is seeking a Product Controller to join their team in New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves providing financial reporting and process improvements within the Prime Brokerage and Securities Lending Product Control group.
About the Role
As a Product Controller, you will produce, analyze, and report daily P&L with clear attribution and commentary for traders and senior management. You will perform monthly reconciliations, partner with various teams to resolve issues, and support strategic initiatives and technology projects related to product control and reporting.
About You
Required:
- 2–5 years of experience in product control, P&L reporting, or related finance roles within an investment bank or financial institution.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to explain financial results clearly to front-office teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders across front office, middle office, operations, and finance.
- Resilience and confidence when interacting with senior stakeholders and traders in a demanding environment.
Benefits
- Base salary in the range of $100k–$120k plus discretionary bonus.
- 4 days a week in office.
