About You
- 10+ years in UX/product design, innovation, or product strategy, ideally in consulting or design studios.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-fidelity design and strategic thinking.
- Expert in Figma and modern design tools.
- Experience in defining and delivering client pitches.
- Strong preference for Financial Services and/or FinTech.
Benefits
- Base salary range of $190k–$240k based on experience.
- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
