Your leadership will help simplify complex financial journeys and enhance client-advisor relationships.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in experience or product design, with at least 3 years managing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of defining product strategy and synthesizing complex requirements into user-friendly solutions.
- Experience designing for consumer or financial services settings or regulated, data-dense industries.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred:
- Expertise in Figma and hands-on usability testing.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
