About the Role

As a Product Design Lead, you will drive the strategic design direction for key features of Carta's venture and private equity platform. You will deeply understand user needs, create models and diagrams, design flows and prototypes, and ensure high-quality execution of products. You will also contribute to building a strong human-centered design culture and mentor fellow designers.

About You

Required:

8+ years of product design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating human-centered design solutions.
Deep expertise in systems thinking and solving complex problems.
High bar for UX/UI craft with attention to visual design and detail.
Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

Experience designing for finance, venture capital, or private equity.
Proficiency with AI-powered design tools.
