About the Role
As a Product Design Manager, you will assess and enhance how AI systems understand and generate design work. Your responsibilities will include reviewing AI-generated UI/UX designs, providing feedback, and helping refine the model's sense of aesthetics and usability. You will also have the opportunity to work on various design-specific projects focused on UI/UX critique and aesthetic evaluation.
About You
Required:
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Preferred:
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
