Instagram is seeking a Product Design Manager for the Creator Marketing Pillar to lead design efforts that shape the future of Creator Marketing across Meta and the industry.
About the Role
As a Product Design Manager, you will drive the vision for creator marketing at Instagram, support and grow a team of experienced designers, lead within the Instagram for Business product group, champion design initiatives, and improve organizational efficiency and satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of experience in Product Design.
- 4+ years of design leadership experience with direct reports.
- 8+ years of collaborative experience with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams across complex initiatives.
- Strong advocacy for simplicity and Craft in design.
- Experience coaching designers into impactful roles.
- Proven record of influencing long-term product vision.
Preferred:
- Passion for helping Creators turn their passion into a living on Instagram.
