About the Role
As a Product Designer at Arch, you will engage directly with clients to understand their workflows and needs, collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the design process, develop prototypes and wireframes, leverage analytics tools to inform design decisions, conduct usability testing, and ensure that designs drive meaningful outcomes for clients.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Product design.
- Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
- Strong skills in Figma or similar prototyping tools.
- Comfort with data and analytics tools to drive design decisions.
Preferred:
- Experience in interaction design.
- A talent for visual detail in layout, typography, motion, and behavior.
