- 6+ years of experience designing complex software products with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design.
- Experience conducting complex research studies and driving business growth through design-led innovation.
- Experience leading end-to-end development efforts and making high-impact decisions balancing user needs with business objectives.
- Expertise in advanced prototyping techniques.
- Experience showcasing your end-to-end design process across multiple projects.
- Experience connecting your work with other related initiatives across the company.
- Proven leadership in non-product dimensions that positively impact the work environment.
Benefits
