About the Role
As a Product Development Chemist, you will lead the onboarding and technical direction of commercial Development Requests, evaluate technical feasibility, and lead front-end formulation and early-stage product development for complex commercial opportunities. You will also establish technical direction, refine formulations, and ensure structured execution and scale-up activities are transitioned to downstream team members.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in polymer and coatings formulation.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with technical governance in product development.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering and quality teams.
