About the Role
As a Product Development Engineering Manager, you will drive the full lifecycle of product development, manage timelines and resources, engage with customers to understand their needs, monitor market trends, prototype and test rapidly, establish scalable development processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, evaluate development investments, and support the integration of newly acquired technologies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in new product development or R&D.
- Prior experience in the Foodservice equipment or commercial kitchen manufacturing industries.
Preferred:
- Previous leadership experience managing cross-functional or technical teams.
