About the Role

As a Product Development Expert, you will report to the Chief Technical Officer, North America, and be responsible for driving innovation and execution of new product offerings in the Construction sector. You will collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Legal teams to create a market-leading presence for product innovation. Your responsibilities include developing and modifying products, coordinating product-specific matters, and representing the Construction Line of Business internally and externally.

About You

Required:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Property Underwriting management.
A minimum of 5 years of product development experience.
Comprehensive technical knowledge of Construction Property products, coverages, underwriting practices, pricing processes, and sales distribution channels.
Ability to assess risk exposures and hazards relevant to Construction.
Experience designing, developing, and implementing consistent, robust contract wordings.
Experience leading direct reports, coaching/mentoring teammates, or leading projects in a matrix environment.
Experience working with international teams and remote colleagues.
