About the Role
As a Product Development Specialist, you will review and optimize the current technology setup, ensuring compliance with Federal and State Regulations. You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather functional requirements, implement changes, and troubleshoot system issues. Your responsibilities will also include performing system configurations, managing the Decision Lender strategy, and training staff and dealers to maximize the functionality of our solutions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Proficiency in Loan Origination technology.
- Strong background in system development, configuration, and enhancements.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred:
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Ability to travel for business needs, less than 4 times annually.
