Summary
Hex is seeking a Product Expert to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves nurturing and supporting customers to ensure their success with Hex's analytics platform.
About the Role
As a Product Expert, you will engage with analytically technical users, answering their questions and teaching them about Hex. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to understand user needs and provide insights into Hex's capabilities. Your responsibilities will include developing technical content, identifying product weaknesses, and providing feedback to the Product team.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years experience as a data scientist, analyst, or analytics engineer, using SQL & Python.
- Experience with Data Science tooling and workflows, including Python, Jupyter notebooks, SQL, and BI tools.
- Strong analytical thinking ability to troubleshoot complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills to build empathy and relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in a user-facing technical capacity, such as a Data Consultant or Customer Engineer.
- Familiarity with the contemporary data stack across ETL, storage, BI, ML, and new developments.
