About the Role

As a Product Industrialization Test Engineer, you will support manufacturing process development and test industrialization activities, ensuring smooth integration of product specifications into stable and efficient production processes. You will apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce production challenges, release Manufacturing Bills of Materials, manage master data, and implement process improvements while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

About You

Required:

1+ year of industry experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Preferred:

Experience with compliance documentation and test protocol execution.
Basic programming or coding experience in any language.
Familiarity with statistical methods and manufacturing processes.
