About You

Required:

6+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
Impact-driven mindset focusing on delivering real results.
Customer-obsessed approach with deep understanding of user needs.
Data-informed decision-making with qualitative and quantitative insights.
Strategic and tactical skills for high-level vision and execution.
Strong collaboration skills across teams.
Clear and adaptable communication tailored to different audiences.

Preferred:

Experience at a startup (founder, early-stage, or hyper-growth environment).
Background in fintech (money transfers, credit, or payments).
Hands-on experience with SQL and data analysis to drive insights.
