About the Role
As a Product Line Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the product line during market softness, holding full P&L ownership, leading program management, and driving cross-functional alignment across global teams. Your key responsibilities include developing product strategies, monitoring performance, managing product data, coordinating teams, conducting market research, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement for profitability and market success.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product line leadership, program management, or strategic operations within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and executive communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with electrification, zero-emission platforms, and global customer engagement.
- Proven success in managing global P&L and leading cross-functional teams across regions.
- Expertise in thermal management technologies and systems integration.
