About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the electrical industry or datacenter segment.
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or a closely related field with proven product line growth.
- Masters Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex modular data center projects from concept through commissioning.
- Experience in building strong teams through development, training, and talent acquisition.
Benefits
- Expected annual salary range of $130k - $190k.
- Eligibility for a variable incentive program.
