Summary
Illumio is seeking a Product Line Manager, Cloud & Network Security to lead product development efforts focused on ransomware and breach containment, enhancing cyber resilience through Zero Trust and segmentation technologies.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will define product requirements, lead scrum teams in two-week sprints, and deliver cybersecurity products that protect customer networks from ransomware and denial of service attacks. You will drive product development initiatives through research, strategy, roadmap definition, and delivery, collaborate with engineering and customers to foster adoption and growth, develop subject matter expertise in Zero Trust, champion the voice of the customer into epics and user stories, and contribute to product launch programs including authoring presentations, papers, and blog entries.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of product management experience or 12+ years of relevant experience in engineering, sales engineering, or customer support
- Experience in product management for cloud security, network security, cloud networking, or enterprise networking
- Experience with SaaS and enterprise software delivery models
- Strong data and analytics skills to inform product decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to pivot between strategic and tactical priorities
- Understanding of technical limitations and tradeoffs
- Ability to analyze and anticipate market trends
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of security and networking technologies in public clouds and data centers
- Experience with Zero Trust Segmentation, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), endpoint detection and response (EDR), Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP), and other cybersecurity technologies
- Knowledge of data and AI technologies including analytics, telemetry, machine learning, and large language models (LLM)
- Familiarity with cloud native architecture, microservices, containers, Kubernetes (K8s)
- Experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Ability to influence technical discussions with engineering, architects, and other product managers
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in engineering or systems engineering
