About the Role
About You
- 3–5 years of product management experience in digital health or healthcare technology.
- Experience working in hospital settings, especially around surgical scheduling, patient flow, or operations.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills (Tableau, Python, R, Excel).
- Familiarity with AI/ML, ETL pipelines, and enterprise data platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience with HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, or FDA-regulated environments.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Comfort with influencing without authority and driving decisions through data.
