Jobot is seeking a Product Manager - HR Applications to join their team in a fully remote capacity. The role involves overseeing the strategic planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of HR applications such as Kronos, Workday, and Healthstream.
About the Role
As a Product Manager for HR Applications, you will manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution. You will define and implement product strategy and roadmap, collaborate with internal teams to define product requirements, lead the design and management of HR applications, oversee implementation and upgrades, conduct market research, evaluate vendors, provide training, monitor application performance, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management, with a focus on HR applications.
- Proven experience with Healthstream, Kronos, and Workday.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong vendor management skills.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and HR application security.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
