About the Role
As a Vice President for the Product Management Neovest team, you will be responsible for developing product features for asset management firms, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, partnering with engineering teams for product delivery, maintaining the product roadmap, driving design and user experience, coordinating product testing, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the finance or asset management industry.
- Experience building or supporting financial systems, such as trading or portfolio management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an applicable field of study.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Product knowledge across various asset classes.
- Subject matter expertise in Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Risk, Compliance, and/or Accounting.
- Solid business analysis and project management skills in a technical environment.
- Beginner to intermediate SQL experience.
- Team player, providing support as needed.
Preferred:
- Experience building commercial EMS, OMS, PMS and/or Accounting systems.
- Experience working with offshore teams.
- Other programming experience.
- Buy-side experience.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Jira experience.
