About the Role
As a Product Manager for Card Costs and Settlement, you will lead product development by engaging with users and GTM teams, uncovering needs related to card processing costs, and translating insights into a product roadmap. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, measure success through metrics and user feedback, and drive continuous improvements in cost management strategies. This role offers significant exposure to Stripe's leadership and requires a deep understanding of data analysis and product initiatives.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a product role.
- Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience.
- Successful in delivering continuous product improvement and 0 -> 1 launches.
- Ownership mindset and persistence to ensure product success.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, data science, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
Preferred:
- Experience in Payments, working with Card Networks or Banking partners.
- Experience working with ML, data science, and data analyst teams; SQL proficiency is a plus.
- Experience managing and growing platform products.
- Experience overseeing operational processes or managing operational teams.
