Summary
Path Robotics is seeking a Product Manager to join their team in Columbus, OH. The role involves driving innovation and collaboration across engineering, sales, and operations teams to create solutions that delight customers.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will communicate delivery targets, represent the voice of customers, generate actionable insights from research, bridge software and hardware teams, define UX and functional behavior, specify new features, develop feature roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams through key milestones.
About You
Required:
- Industry experience related to manufacturing or robotics.
- Experience with data analysis and data-driven decision making, including familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- At least one year of agile or agile scrum experience going through a full product lifecycle.
- Experience with at least three feature launches requiring detailed launch planning.
Preferred:
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to validate product hypotheses.
- Strong experience facilitating software development through business analyst or product ownership.
- Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport with all levels and teams within an organization.
- Proficient in deploying diverse frameworks essential for measuring product performance.
