Summary
Johnson Controls is seeking a Product Manager, Data Center Thermal Solutions to join their team in New Freedom, PA or Milwaukee, WI. The role involves leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of thermal management products and systems for data centers.
About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle and business results of a product line, support key projects, develop product road maps, drive strategy for business growth, analyze market information, manage legacy products, and foster customer relationships. You will also articulate findings and drive actions based on data analysis.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10 years’ experience, including 2-3 years of product/service/offering management experience.
- Strong understanding of data center design and operations and advanced thermal management technologies.
Preferred:
- MBA or other graduate-level degree.
- High-level understanding of market trends in the data center industry.
- Experience interfacing with customers and managing complex customer issues.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to gather and analyze economic, financial, market, and industry information.
