About the Role
As a Product Manager of Data Experience, you will be responsible for running strategic and tactical initiatives, shaping the data strategy, and delivering high-impact data products that empower business teams to optimize performance and accelerate growth. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for data engineers and analysts.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably with a focus on data, analytics, or internal business applications.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data, analytics, and product management principles.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical specifications for data engineers and analysts.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and articulate a clear product vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with core enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday).
- Proficiency in SQL for data exploration and analysis.
- Familiarity with modern data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake) and BI (e.g., Power BI) platforms.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
